The Muse is a 20-member community house that began in January 2023 with the shared dream of an incredible home whose vibe and spirit would enable us to thrive most fully: a house where every member aligns head, heart, body, and soul with integrity and abundantly radiates this energy outwards.

The group members come from different backgrounds (10+ nationalities), spanning many countries & cultures, and we have interests ranging from sociology, mindfulness, game design, languages, ecstatic dance, history, folk music, vegetarian cooking, and AI. We find joy in passionate discussions about how we can create a better world after a delicious community dinner before we head out to dance and other social gatherings. Perhaps what unites us most is a deeper longing in building a future that is exciting, lighter, resolutely optimistic. On top of the classic things you expect from a group house, we want a specific accent on 3 uncommon goals:

The house is a superb 4-story Edwardian house with 360 rooftop view and a spacious backyard (with a sauna!) located in the heart of San Francisco, near Alamo Square & Divisadero.

We were inspired to live in a community that truly feels like home and help its members achieve maximum human potential, by growing, learning, and playing together.

We've hosted dozens and dozens of dinners, built immersive art with 200+ guests parties, and brought life to our neighborhood. For example, we threw in our house a 30-person cast, 45-scene immersive theater play to celebrate the return of Spring.

This San Francisco co-living house threw a Greek tragedy-themed rager

Joining the Muse essentially looks like living with a rare balance of mission-driven, thoughtful, heart-centered and embodied humans who we can call a second family.

If this sounds interesting to you, then we should get to know each other!
